Description :

This hands-on experience teaches you to grow in the interdependence of a team. Through the NIKO Experience you will understand more about yourself and the gifts God has given you.

 

You will begin to learn what motivates you, as well as your unique style of leadership. A high priority is placed on teamwork and perseverance. You’ll be challenged to use your initiative, creativity, compassion, responsibility and confidence to serve others.

 

You will learn to confront issues of leadership and personal identity. You will be required to face and overcome many obstacles; this will help you when you encounter life decisions in the future.

 

A NIKO will challenge you to discover you mental, physical and emotional strengths and weakness. Your relationship with God and others will be tested and/or proven through this experience and its physical challenges.

 

During NIKO strangers from diverse backgrounds will become friends while working together toward common goals. The support and inspiration of many new-found friends and Christian instructors will allow you to push the limits you may have previously set for yourself, and draw nearer to God.
