Base : Canberra YWAMDescription :(Certificate III in Discpleship - 52282) The Crossroads Discipleship Training School (CDTS) is the entry level school to Youth With A Mission International and must be completed if you want to continue to study or work with YWAM. Join this adventure! Be challenged in your relationship with God, find your purpose in the Great Commission, become a world changer! You're never too old to become involved in the purposes of God! Over 35or have a family? The CDTS is your school. This is an opportunity to give God six months to refocus, refresh, and renew you. Take time to seek God for your future - how will you impact the world during the rest of your life? What will I learn? The school has two components, a 12 week lecture phase, and 8 - 12 week outreach phase. The 12 weeks of lectures include small group discussions, one on one interaction with staff members, ministry to one another, worship, intercession and practical lectures given by experienced international speakers. What will you cover during the school? Intimacy with God See life from God's perspective Recognise Jesus as Lord Take on Jesus' DNA Fulfil the works of Jesus Who is YWAM and what are we involved in and where This phase is based on a "live - learn" philosophy. Living in community during the school, you have a chance to learn within the context of a cross cultural community, not just within a classroom as you share meals together, do household chores around the property, etc. The second phase is where you put into practice the things you learnt during the lecture phase. This is where you get a chance to take the gospel to the nations! See the transforming power of God's love first hand not only in your own life but also in the lives of the people around you!!
